ERG Enterprises is joining forces with Lifecare Properties, LLC, to establish a new resort-style senior living community in Tyler, Texas. The companies issued a press release announcing details of the venture. The community, planned to open in 2023, will be managed by seasoned operator Blake Management Group and represent its third Texas community.
Tyler, Texas, known as the "Rose Capital of America" and located along the I-2o corridor 90 miles east of Dallas, is home to a major university, multiple hospitals and healthcare centers, corporate headquarters, and approximately 225,000 residents.
