LifeCare Properties, a partner of ERG Enterprises, has announced plans to develop a resort-style senior-living community in Tyler, Texas. The Blake at Tyler will offer a blend of 112 assisted living and memory care suites, each designed to provide residents an optimal experience in a safe, supportive environment. The announcement comes after the successful launch of two new Texas senior-living communities in New Braunfels and Waco, respectively.
