Dr. George established ERG Enterprises in 2006. He has many years experience as a developer, financier and supervisor of many types of projects including real estate, oil and gas, medical services and supplies, hospitality and agriculture.
Through his philanthropic endeavors, Dr. George has contributed to many causes including the St. Martin’s Episcopal School George Cottage in New Orleans, and through his children’s foundation, founded by Chloe and Cassidy, Dr. George developed a school for orphans in Mombasa, Kenya. He serves on many civic, charitable, educational boards, including as a founding member of the Tipitina’s Foundation Executive Board, which preserves and protects Louisiana’s musical culture.
Dr. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Marshall University. An accomplished surgeon, Dr. George completed his general trauma, plastics and reconstructive surgery residencies at Michigan State University and earned an orthopaedic hand and upper extremity fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.
Mr. Cooper is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and investments. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as President of Cooper Property Group, a commercial real estate firm specializing in asset management, brokerage, and investment opportunities.
Mr. Cooper currently serves on both the board and the executive committee of French Quarter Festivals, Inc., a 501©3 nonprofit organization that produces festivals to promote the Vieux Carré and the City of New Orleans. He formerly served as treasurer and board member of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division. Mr. Cooper is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.
Mr. Cooper graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and received his Master in Business Administration from Tulane University.
Mr. Glorioso is responsible for leading ERG’s technology strategy and managing overall IT operations. He is also IT Director for Omega Hospital, a 16-bed surgical hospital an ERG Enterprises asset.
Prior to joining ERG Enterprises, Mr. Glorioso worked as a network administrator in many different industries, including construction, residential mortgage, manufacturing, and computer consulting. Mr. Glorioso attended Tulane University, where he studied Computer Information Systems.

Mr. Marty serves as ERG’s chief financial officer, and brings more than 40 years of accounting and tax management experience. Prior to joining ERG Enterprises, Mr. Marty held various positions: tax specialist, fraud specialist and as chief financial officer for real estate developer Berger and Burrus. For many years, he owned his own tax consulting business, representing many Fortune 500 companies in tax structure, finance, advice in healthcare, real estate and hospitality industries.
He served as the chairman of the taxation committee for the Society of Louisiana CPAs, and then headed the committee that interacted with the IRS.
Mr. Marty completed a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a Master of Science degree in taxation from the University of California, and is certified in public accounting.
Mr. Culp oversees the accounting and financial management of ERG Enterprises. Prior to joining the ERG team, Mr. Culp practiced law for more than 20 years and operated a small private company.
Mr. Culp holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and earned a Doctor of Law degree from Baylor University.
Louis George, Attorney at Law, is currently engaged in the general practice of law, rendering services regarding business mergers and acquisitions; real estate/purchases and develpoments; estate planning; wills and trust; eminet domains; and domestic matters. Some of the entities with which he has relations include the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal and State Department of Transportation, the Atomic Energy Commission(with security clearance), the National Labor Relations Board, and Prudential Insurance Company(Million Dollar Round Table recipient).
Mr. George served in the U.S. Marine Corp and is a Purple Heart recipient.
His scholastic studies consisted of: Bachelors of Arts with dual majors in journalism and languages; a masters in English literature with a minor in politcal science; and a legal degree with a seminar in estate planning.
He is an active member of the Masonic Orders, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Americal Legion and the Disabled American Veterans.
My long career has allowed me to serve as a pilot with a Major Airlines, Chief Pilot with an International Oil Company, Personal Pilot to Political and Entertainment Personalities and now with ERG Enterprises. For the past seven years I have been Aviation Manager and Chief Pilot to their Aviation Department, operating under the name of C. Dot Aviation, LLC.
Mr. Goldberg joined ERG Enterprises in 2007 with 27 years of aviation experience. He is the holder of FAA mechanics license and Inspection Authorization, additionally he is an ATP rated pilot with several type ratings. He is responsible for the maintenance of company owned aircraft and serves as personal pilot to the President/CEO. Pervious positions include Director of Maintenance and Captain for Al Copeland Investments and Assistant Vice President/Aviation Manager for Taylor Energy Co
Mr. Anderson has over 20 years of finance, accounting and tax experience. For ten years Mr. Anderson led Green Manning & Bunch’s national healthcare investment banking practice. During his tenure the firm completed over 30 M&A transactions, financings and advisory assignments for both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare companies. At Bear Stearns Mr. Anderson managed sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions, senior, high yield and convertible debt placements, and equity underwriting. Mr. Anderson’s accounting experience includes tax compliance at Ernst & Young and a controller position at Marriott.
Mr. Anderson is a board member of OrthoColorado Hospital, the state’s largest surgical hospital. He is the former president and board member of the CoBiz Cares Foundation.
Mr. Edgington has over 10 years of experience providing M&A advisory, business valuation, and consulting services. Previously, Jay was head of the Business Advisory Services practices at Contango Capital, a subsidiary of Zions Bancorp, where his team provided M&A advisory, business transition planning, and valuation services for the Bank’s business owner clients.
Prior to Contango, Mr. Edgington was focused on providing investment banking services to middle market companies with Green Manning & Bunch in Denver, Colorado. Previously, Mr. Edgington was in the investment banking group at Credit Suisse in New York City, where he participated in 15 lead managed transactions totaling over $20 billion in transaction value. In addition, Mr. Edgington was in the Transactions Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, where he performed business valuation services for companies ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in enterprise value.
